Privacy, Mandatory Data Breach and Release of Data

This year we will see the introduction of the GDPR, a new amended Australian Government Agencies Privacy code, new Consumer Data Rights legislation, as well as the ongoing impact of the recently introduced Mandatory Data Breach Notification Regime, all impacting how government and businesses alike collect, handle and release personal information.
