Working in-house, acting for a client or an allegation of discrimination has been brought against you, your company or firm? By attending this seminar, you will have the opportunity to carefully analyse discrimination and unjust dismissal and the different types of claims and their outcomes both in New Zealand and internationally. Most importantly, you will develop a greater awareness of the circumstances that can result in a discrimination claim which is essential for being able to avoid one.
