Elise Markwick
Elise Markwick is a partner in the commercial property department at Martelli McKegg, Lawyers in Auckland. Elise advises investors and developers on the acquisition, development, associated financing, leasing and sale of commercial property. Elise obtained her B.A. LL.B from Auckland University and was admitted to the Bar in 1985.
Catriona Gordon
Catriona has worked as a property, trust and commercial lawyer in Rotorua since 1994. Her practice is strongly focused on the legal needs of private clients, their families, and small and medium-sized business owners. Her areas of expertise include Elder Law, Trust and Asset Protection, Commercial Property Transactions and Wills and Estate Planning.
Gaynor McLean
Gaynor is a partner at Glaister Ennor with over 25 years experience in a broad range of commercial and property law matters. A regular contributor to the firms client newsletter InBrief, Gaynor has presented to real estate agents, business owners and other interest groups. Her particular expertise is in residential, commercial transactions, leasing and estate planning. Gaynor’s clients include private clients, developers, investors, business owners, commercial landlords and tenants. She has advised on significant development projects, drafting contracts for a large planned urban residential and commercial land development, overseeing contracts from acquisition through to funding, disposal and post settlement matters. Gaynor aims to always provide commercially sound and practical solutions to issues that may arise for her clients.
