Hayley Milller
Hayley is a commercial lawyer with a particular focus on technology and innovation. Hayley has acted for a number of well-known companies procuring new software platforms to underlie their business operations and the related outsourcing of services (including large financial institutions, manufacturing entities, SOEs and others). She is experienced in balancing agile software development contracts to reflect the reality of the agile model, while still giving the customer enough certainty to satisfy the business case. Gunes Haksever
Gunes is a commercial media and technology lawyer admitted to Istanbul Bar Association in Turkey. He provides advice on content development, media acquisitions, content licensing (entertainment and sports), infrastructure and IT acquisitions (software, hardware and services including XaaS), outsourcing, large scale and complex outsourcing projects, procurement, and media law compliance. Having worked with organisations across the Middle East, Turkey and in New Zealand; Gunes has advised his clients in multi-jurisdictional issues. He has been involved in global privacy compliance projects where he has coordinated advice from lawyers from across the Middle East and Africa region, in order to ensure that the rollout was performed in each country.
