Amy is a highly experienced property lawyer who brings real depth to our property team through her experience internationally, in-house and at top tier New Zealand firms. Amy focuses on all types of property transactions including acquisitions; retail development and leasing; developer and investor transactions; social housing and regeneration; and property finance. She has extensive experience across all aspects of commercial property, taking transactions through from the due diligence, acquisition and funding stage through to development, leasing and disposal.
Clare O'Shea
Clare is a Partner in the Anderson Lloyd property team. She specialises in property law with extensive experience in leasing (all aspects including retail, commercial and industrial), commercial property transactions (sales and acquisitions), development (development agreements, mixed use and large-scale developments) and subdivisions (including unit titles, staged subdivisions etc.). Clare has a breadth of experience working with the retail, commercial, office, industrial and residential property sectors both within New Zealand and overseas
James Murphy
James Murphy is a commercial property lawyer specialising in commercial property acquisitions and leasing, property development and sales, and commercial and retail construction. James has particular expertise in construction financing and property development, and has advised on a number of large commercial unit title redevelopments involving acquisition, subdivision, sales, leasing and refinance work.
