9.00am to 10.00am IP Culture Building: How Businesses can be Better at Capturing their IP and Commercialising their IP Effectively
IP Strategy is a popular buzzword right now. IP strategies are important but without a business also having a strong IP culture for carefully managing new ideas through to commercialisation, those ideas may not become as valuable as they could be. Even with the best intended IP strategies, a lack of process and awareness around IP risks and rewards can result in lost value and increased business risks. IP assets now make up a large proportion of the value of many tech companies so having a strong culture to help protect and nurture new ideas and IP assets of a business is vital.
- In this session you will explore the importance of IP culture and IP programmes and processes and how these can be implemented for businesses generating new ideas.
Presented by Anton Blijlevens, Principal, AJ Park
