Trusts and Wealth Management
Issues covered include: trustees, governance, digital assets, probate, wealth management
Description
As the population ages and life expectancy lengthens - issues of how to transfer, manage and conserve wealth become ever more complicated. Trusts that have been deliberately created to manage wealth raise governance and succession issues that need to be kept in mind. Trusted advisers need to understand not only the tax laws, but the purpose of the trust and the ability of their clients to evaluate the implications, compare strategies and implement professional advice.
