There is a crisis of culture, or ‘culture shocks’ occurring in various industries, including financial services, retail and start-ups. This has attracted the attention of regulators, legislators and other stakeholders.
This presentation will examine what culture actually is, explore the legal and general risks arising from poor culture, and consider the steps that can be taken to address this while offering insights and best practices for lawyers to ethically and responsibly deal with these issues.
