Jeffrey Goldberger is contract law specialist with over 25 years' experience in the Australian legal sector who is a recognised authority on Australian contract law. In 2012 Jeffrey served on the then Federal Attorney General's Expert Panel on the effectiveness of Australian contract law. His ability to articulate the application of contract law in a practical and commercial way is widely known and highly regarded nationally. Jeffrey formerly lectured in contract law, commercial law and private international law at the University of Sydney Law School. He’s worked with clients in both the public and private sectors. He is well known to, and highly regarded by, major government, finance, resources and corporate clients. Jeffrey has presented papers on Australian and English contract law at numerous conference and seminars throughout Australia and the United Kingdom. Jeffrey has extensive experience and expertise in the negotiation and resolution of complex contractual issues.
