The very nature of many lawyer's roles requires them to work on challenging matters, have relentless workloads driven by fast paced client needs, maintain peak performance, often lack work-life balance and undertake fast paced and focused work. Being deeply immersed in matters with clients has the potential to put lawyers at greater risk of experiencing psychological burnout and poor mental health. In this session, Rachel Clements provides insights and strategies on:
