Matt leads Deloitte’s Australian and Asia Pacific Legal Management Consulting and Legal Managed Services practice. Matt is passionate about transforming and optimising the delivery of legal services, including through process improvement, utilising technology, right sourcing and harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decision making. He is also a Teaching Fellow at the College of Law, delivering the Legal Operations unit as part of the Masters of Legal Business.
