Daniel Gosewisch
Daniel Gosewisch has spent 20 years in in-house legal practice, and has worked across the government, resources, retail, and general corporate sectors. He holds degrees in Law and Environmental Science from Griffith University, a Master of Laws from Queensland University of Technology, and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute. He joined WorkPac as General Counsel in May 2022 and also acts as Company Secretary. Daniel advises on commercial Masterinand legal matters across the recruitment, training and services businesses operated by WorkPac. Daniel has previously worked in similar legal and governance positions for a number of other large Australian businesses and government entities.
Marcelo de Farias
Marcelo de Farias has more than 25 years of experience as lawyer across two jurisdictions. He holds a degree in Law in Brazil and a Master of Laws from Bond University. Marcelo is the acting Head of Legal at the Auto & General Group, which provides general insurance products, including the Budget Direct brand. Marcelo has been advising Auto & General on a wide variety of matters since 2019, such as large technology contracts and financial services compliance. He has previously worked for many years in law firms in Brazil and Australia, including HopgoodGanim Lawyers and Corrs, Chambers & Westgarth. Marcelo has significant experience in advising businesses on Intellectual Property, complex IT projects and supply agreements.
Andrew Constantine
Andrew Constantine, Is a cyber security red teamer - working with corporate ASX organisations to enhance their cyber security posture using cyber warfare and cyber security attack simulations to raise awareness. , He's the founder of CIO Cyber Security a private advisory firm working with Cyber Security Leaders to enhance and build a better response to attacks.
Matt Morosin
Matt leads Deloitte’s Australian and Asia Pacific Legal Management Consulting and Legal Managed Services practice. Matt is passionate about transforming and optimising the delivery of legal services, including through process improvement, utilising technology, right sourcing and harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decision making. He is also a Teaching Fellow at the College of Law, delivering the Legal Operations unit as part of the Masters of Legal Business.

Olga Ganopolsky
Olga Ganopolsky is Macquarie Group’s General Counsel - Privacy and Data and is versed in the subject of data protection with extensive experience in detailed privacy policy challenges, law reform and ongoing management of legal and strategic issues. Much of Olga’s work involves implementing new technologies and addressing privacy requirements in an increasingly complex co-regulatory and sometimes contentious environment. Most recently this has included work on implementations of GDPR and the reforms to Security of Critical Infrastructure Act and related regimes, artificial intelligence, CPS 234, Covid-19 related matters, the Consumer Data Right and addressing cross border issues considering the Schrems II Decision of the European Court of Justice and the newly updated Standard Contractual Clause as approved by the Commission.
Sophie Devaux Cornelis
Sophie is a Senior Associate* in the Workplace Law practice of Deloitte Legal based in Melbourne. With over 15 years’ experience, she has significant international legal and human resources expertise, advising employers in a range of industries across Europe and APAC, including Australia, on all areas of workplace law. She combines her legal skills and experience with management consulting competences developed while working in the Human Capital Group of Deloitte Consulting. Sophie’s work includes advising clients on employment law compliance, workplace culture, work health and safety laws, leadership development, change and organisational transformation programs, undertaking workplace law due diligence and advising on everyday people related legal matters. *Not an Australian legal practitioner within the meaning of the Legal Professional Uniform Law (VIC).
Ian Bloemendal
33 years' experience acting in complex litigation and ADR for government and listed companies. Ian's practice areas include financial services, class actions, regulatory investigations, complex or high stakes reputational disputes, including defamation and media issues, commercial and property disputes, technology and/or product liability disputes. Josh Dowse
Josh helps clients and experts identify what they want to do for a more sustainable economy, and engage others with their actions and ideas. Over the past 30 years, Josh has been one of Australia’s most trusted thought partners and communicators on ESG, sustainability, energy and climate change. He has prepared or reviewed dozens of investment ESG policies and corporate sustainability strategies. Sean has more than 30 years' experience advising small and large corporations multinational businesses and senior executives in relation to employment and industrial law. Sean has a special interest in non-standard labour practices (such as labour hire and the use of casual employees and independent contractors) and supply chain transparency, with a particular focus on labour law compliance and modern slavery in local and global supply chains.
Emma Chandler
Emma is a trainee solicitor from Baker McKenzie’s London office. She commenced with the firm in March 2022 and recently joined the Melbourne office. She has a particular interest in employment law issues within organisations and their supply chains.
Scott Alden
Scott is a partner at HWL Ebsworth in Sydney. Scott has been working in the areas of major projects and infrastructure for over 20 years and is a recognised specialist in these areas as well as the sectors of Government, Water, Defence, Ports, and Housing. Scott is known for providing legal advice with pragmatism and commerciality to ensure that the advice is relevant to the project and parties to the transaction. Raihan Hossain
Raihan is an Associate in the Government team and HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. He has worked on an extensive range of projects, advising a variety of Local, State and Commonwealth Government clients including the Department of Defence. Raihan has been involved in a wide scope of projects and has given advice on procurement and contracting, tender processes, development proposals, as well as contractor coordination. He has experience providing advice to client on the lifecycle of projects, from inception, procurement and delivery to operation, maintenance and renewal. Prior to joining HWLE, Raihan worked as a Solicitor at a Big Four auditing firm and was in-house counsel at Australia's largest diversified property development company. During his previous roles he has worked on advising project for both government and private clients including due diligence, contract negotiations and legal project management.
