Kim Ambor
Kim Ambor is a highly experienced and registered Organisational Psychologist and Mental Health Counsellor with more than 20 years’ experience consulting to and working within large public and private organisations. Kim’s expertise lies in Facilitation, Counselling, Executive Coaching, Talent Management and Outplacement. Kim has worked in in-house roles which included Talent Management, Capability, HR and Training, as well as spending a decade in management consulting. Kim is an experienced and dynamic facilitator and has designed and delivered hundreds of training programs for a multitude of clients and across various countries.
Leica Gilbert
Leica Gilbert is a Practice Executive/Hub Team Lead at Ashurst and has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry. Starting out her career with a seven-year stint in a Canberra law firm, Leica moved into a number of different roles including office junior, mortgage clerk and legal assistant. Following a move to Sydney, Leica joined a top tier law firm where she spent 13 years initially starting as a legal assistant, later moving into a floor coordinator role and then a State Practice Administrator role. Following a career break from 2009 to 2012, Leica returned to the legal field as a Legal Support Manager in a National Firm for 9.5 years before commencing in her current role approximately 18 months ago. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to delivering quality client service through working with the legal support team. Leica derives great satisfaction from working with a diverse team and helping members to grow, learn and achieve their goals, whether these are personal or firm-based. Leica holds a Degree in Legal and Justice Studies and has recently completed a Master of Management, earning a place on the Dean's Merit list for 2022.
Kori Banks
Kori Banks is a Hub/Practice Executive Team Lead at Ashurst. Kori joined the firm 9 years ago as a trainee legal secretary. During this time she has had experience working with their Business Development team and as a Practice Executive to a Global Co-Head where she managed the Australian team as well as global responsibilities. Kori has been in her current role for close to a year where she supports the administration professionals in the Canberra office and part of the Sydney office. Kori has a Diploma of Business Administration and is currently completing a Diploma of Business.
Tim Houweling
Tim Houweling is a Director at Cornerstone Legal. Tim has been providing legal services to clients of all levels and local governments for over 20 years and understands the complexities they face. Tim primarily practices law involving Town Planning, Environmental Law, Native Title, Local Government Law and Land Compensation matters. Tim often appears in the District Court, Supreme Court , Administrative Appeals Tribunal and State Administrative Tribunal. His qualifications includes: Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University; Bachelor of Arts from Curtin University; Master of Laws from the University of Western Australia; Admitted to the Supreme Court; Admitted to the High Court; Adjunct Professor at Law.
