Matthew Curll
Matthew is an experienced insurance law and construction litigation practitioner who acts for Australian and Lloyd’s of London insurers and their clients including architects, certifiers, project managers, surveyors, all types of consulting engineers and D&C contractors. Matthew is recognised as a leading professional indemnity lawyer in Doyle’s Guide and has held roles as Chairperson of both the NSW Government Home Warranty Insurance Scheme Board and the Home Building Advisory Council and was the immediate past solicitor member of the NSW Architects Registration Board. Matthew heads up Hall & Wilcox’s National General Insurance Practice and is co-Lead of the firm’s broad Financial Services + Insurance Sector Group. Matthew provides a useful insight on the operation of the building industry and associated professions through legal, insurance and regulatory lenses.
