Robert Neely
Robert Neely is a technology and regulatory lawyer with over 20 years specialist experience. His practice focuses on large scale ICT procurement and outsourcing initiatives, communications and media regulation and commercial arrangements in the IT, telecommunications and on-line sectors. Robert is also an experienced competition lawyer. His work in this area includes advising on mergers, restrictive trade practices, infrastructure access and competition policy initiatives.
