Alex is a Special Counsel in the Sydney Construction and Infrastructure group of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. He has over 12 years’ experience as a solicitor specialising in the resolution of disputes involving construction and infrastructure projects. He advises and acts for participants in diverse industries such as infrastructure, industrial plants, resources, energy, advanced manufacturing and housing. He has practised in Sydney and in London.
Karnik Aggarwal
Karnik is a Legal Counsel for KONE Elevators Pty Ltd. He previously worked in the Construction and Infrastructure team at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers and has over 3.5 years experience as a solicitor advising clients on construction and infrastructure projects across both transactions and disputes. Karnik also holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons Class 1) from the University of Sydney and has practised as an engineer on the Northwest Rail Link project in Sydney.
