Ian Latham
Ian Latham is a barrister at Denman Chambers specialising in employment and industrial law, particularly in the area of civil penalty. He has appeared in many civil penalty cases particularly ABCC v Parker (No 1) and (No 2), BKH Contractors Case (No 1) and (No 2) and FWO v ZNZ, FWO v A-Z and FWO v Robit Nominees. He writes for the Lexis Fair Work Act Service and the Lexis Industrial Relations Act (NSW) Service.
Rachel Clements
Rachel is the Co-Founder and National Director of Psychological Services at the Centre for Corporate Health and Resilia, which she founded with Tony Bradford, CEO, in 1999. As principal organisational psychologist, Rachel is a sought after conference headliner, requested to speak on all things mental health, resilience and wellbeing. Emily is an experienced and passionate employment and industrial relations lawyer. Joydeep Hor
Joydeep Hor is People + Culture Strategies Founder and Managing Principal. He is one of Australia's most well-known workplace relations lawyers due to his high media profile (both as a sought-after media commentator and prolific keynote speaker including appearing regularly on shows such as Sunrise and on Sky Business Channel) and his representation of several high profile clients throughout his career. While an expert in all areas of workplace relations, Joydeep is one of Australia's "go to" lawyers for complex and sensitive terminations of employment and also for addressing all aspects of workplace behaviour and culture (such as bullying and harassment).
