Dirk Feinauer
Dirk Feinauer heads up Feinauer Commercial Lawyers, a law corporation based in Perth, Western Australia and is one of the most experienced German speaking lawyers practicing in Australia. Dirk graduated from the Australian National University, Canberra with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws in 1989 and 1991 respectively. He is admitted to law practice in the Federal Court and High Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of Western Australia and New South Wales. Dirk regularly speaks on a range of topics in Australia and across the world. He has written various articles and other publications. Dirk practices in complex corporate and commercial matters and conducts litigation in Superior and the Federal Courts including cross border disputes.
Shane Entriken
Shane leads the Employment, Health and Safety, Governance and Disputes law practice at Allion Partners. Shane has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer in private practice and as a business executive working with Boards and senior management. He has held roles in the Legal, HR and Commercial functions with organisations such as BHP and Downer and as a lawyer with Herbert Smith Freehills. Shane is recognised in Doyle's Guide 2018 of leading lawyers. He is an Adjunct Professor in Law at Murdoch University where he designed and teaches the unit Legal Strategy in Organisations. He also conjuncts with Curtin University by acting as the Coroner in the Coroners' Court Mock program. His team provides strategic advice and manage litigation for corporate and government clients across Australia and are on the Western Australia Local Government Association (WALGA) panel. Shane is on the Board of Crime Stoppers WA and the Australian Association for International Business. He works closely with the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies' (AMEC) and is on the Safety Law Review Committee. Shane is the co-author of a book on the management of Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) operations and is a regular speaker in post graduate programs at the Governance Institute of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management), a Juris Doctor in Law.
