Rick Cullen
Rick has wide litigation, most recently in corporations’ law, contract, partnership and land law cases. An active member of the legal profession, Rick was a councillor of the Law Society of Western Australia for 13 years, and president of the Law Society of Western Australia in 1992. He has been a member and Chair of numerous committees over the years. Rick was made a life member of the Law Society of WA in 2005 for his contribution to law and the legal profession in WA. Rick has been a director of a number of private and public companies over the years.
Jo Alilovic
Jo is a director at award winning legal practice, 3D HR Legal. Jo has over 17 years of experience as an employment lawyer and helps employers resolve workplace disputes by way of conducting investigations, providing advice or court representation. Jo partners with businesses implementing her EQUITY process to increase workplace productivity and limit future workplace disputes. Jo also has a keen interest in diversity initiatives. Following the successful launch of her podcast "The Juggle", Jo now also regularly presents and consults to employers on related topics such as the business case for flexible working.
Katrina Alilovic
Katrina is a Counselling Psychologist with thirty years' experience working alongside individuals, couples, children and families in Australia and the UK. She offers counselling and coaching with a focus on supporting high-achieving, critical thinkers who want to deal with burnout, understand themselves better and are in search of more meaningful relationships. She has worked in a variety of settings including police services, workplace counselling, health, private practice, universities and not-for-profit organisations. Her time in the UK saw her take on teaching roles as Senior Lecturer with University for the West of England (Bristol) and Roehampton University (London).
Lindsay Allan-McConchie
Lindsay Allan-McConchie was elected to the Bar in 2020 specialises in criminal practice and personal injuries. Lindsay commenced her legal career under the supervision and guidance of two of Darwin’s most prominent Queens Counsellors, as well as a former Magistrate of the Northern Territory. Lindsay has since worked for Legal Aid in both the Northern Territory and Victoria offering duty lawyer services and restraining order advocacy. Lindsay spent the year prior to joining the bar in personal injuries litigation at a national firm where she specialised in public liability, workers’ compensation and victims of crime compensation. Known for her ability to be a persuasive and passionate advocate.
