Dr Amanda White
Dr White has extensive training and experience in the preparation of forensic psychological and neuropsychological expert reports. She is skilled in the comprehensive assessment of cognitive, behavioural and psychological impairments associated with complex histories, multiple comorbidities and a range of conditions, including acquired brain injury, neurodegenerative disorders, psychological and psychiatric illness, developmental disorders, neurological conditions, intellectual disability, drug and alcohol issues and forensic matters including risk assessment. She has appeared as an expert witness in the NSW courts and various tribunals. Dr White is an MAA approved assessor for the evaluation of whole person impairment.
Therese Ryan
Therese has a diverse background and tertiary qualifications in Law, Psychology, Arts and Education. Therese has lived by the philosophy that justice, dignity, and equality should be afforded to all. This philosophy has resonated throughout her legal advocacy, professional and personal life. For over 25 years, she has worked within the confines of Legal Aid (Qld & NSW), Juvenile Justice (NSW), providing Legal Representation in all Courts and jurisdictions in complex matters in Family Law, Criminal Law, Succession, Medical Negligence, Workers Compensation, Personal Injury and Industrial Matters.
Chris McArdle
Chris is one of approximately forty lawyers in New South Wales accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a specialist in Employment and Industrial Law. Chris has been in legal practice since 1988 and prior to that, served as a Commissioner of the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales. Chris acts for corporate and individual clients with a philosophy of preventing problems and increasing corporate efficiency. Chris has achieved a number of breakthroughs in the anti-discrimination, employment contracts and Registration of Agreements Jurisdictions.
