Natashia Ackroyd
Natashia is a real estate partner at Holding Redlich. Over the past 15 years she has acted for many Australian and off shore funds, institutional investors and developers in their investment activities. She has also acted for state governments on strategic development projects. Her expertise includes real estate fund investments, property development, joint ventures and co-ownership arrangements, commercial leasing, structuring and titling issues and the tax issues associated with real estate projects and investments.
Tim Graham
Tim joined the partnership of Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers in June 2021, his name being added to the firm’s brand. Tim is one of Australia’s pre-eminent strata lawyers and is internationally renowned. He is President of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) and a Fellow of the College. Mark Bartley
Mark is an Accredited Specialist in Environment, Planning and Local Government with over 30 years experience. He advises on all planning and major project approvals, water law and governance. He frequently appears in VCAT, Planning Panels and Advisory Committees representing local government and statutory authorities as well as land owners and developers. Mark’s background includes town planning and project management. He brings a practical solution focussed approach to property development, and all local, state and Commonwealth approval processes. He has acted in the water industry for 20 years advising on major projects, water policy, regulation and water trading. Mark also advises on probity and governance issues.
Rochelle Castro
Rochelle Castro is a strata lawyer and owner of RC & Co Lawyers. She was a university instructor before dedicating her service to law. Whilst working to further improve her legal skills, Rochelle saw that she could better serve her clients by not only advising and advocating for them, but also educating them. She works with her “A-team” at RC & Co Lawyers, through constant rigorous training, so that they could provide effective, resourceful and clear legal service to clients.
