Tony Greenaway is a partner with Gadens and is an Accredited Property Law Specialist of the Law Institute of Victoria. Tony has worked as a lawyer in property law in Melbourne in a range of areas including acting for listed property trusts, residential, commercial and industrial land developers and advising banks in relation to property transactions.
Yianni Papoutsakis
Yianni is a lawyer in the Real Estate team at Gadens. He specialises in commercial and residential property, distressed sales, business transactions and retail/commercial leasing.
Humprey Riordan
Humphrey is an associate in the Real Estate term at Gadens. He has a strong background across real estate law and has acted on behalf of the private sector, local government and statutory authorities. Humphrey’s key areas of practice include advising clients on acquisition of commercial and residential real estate, and assisting private and institutional clients in respect to complex subdivisions of property.
Sean Huggins
Sean is a Partner in the Property, Construction & Planning Group. Practising in property law, he has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, property development, complex retail commercial and industrial leasing and planning and environment matters. With a broad commercial practice developed through representing institutional and private client’s nationally in private practice, Sean has worked as in-house legal counsel in the Middle East where he was involved with the development and leasing of Sean Huggins major retail shopping centres in the UAE.
