Joseph Box
As a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years' experience, Joseph Box specialises in acting as an expert witness in matrimonial and family law proceedings. Joseph regularly undertakes valuations of businesses, superannuation and complex corporate structures, financial investigations, and taxation advice for matters in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court. He regularly provides oral expert testimony in Court. In the course of Joseph's assignments, he often works with clients through out of court processes to achieve commercially astute and tax effective outcomes. Joseph is a qualified financial neutral in Collaborative Law. Joseph also undertakes valuation and forensic appointments in commercial disputes and non-dispute situations, and for various State and Federal Government departments and agencies. Joseph also holds a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Studies (Accounting) from Monash University and is a CAANZ Certified Business Valuation Specialist,
Genevieve Dee
Accredited Family Law Specialist Genevieve Dee is a partner at Lander and Rogers and has worked exclusively in family law and has fifteen years’ experience. Genevieve specialises in all aspects of family law, including parenting and property matters, financial agreements, spousal maintenance and child support issues. Bradley Jones
A highly experienced and well-regarded barrister with more than 20 years' experience, Bradley specialises in taxation, administrative, commercial law and equity. With an expansive practice in Commonwealth and state revenue matters, Bradley regularly appears for both taxpayers and revenue authorities in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. He has advised resident and non-resident clients across a range of industries including: banking, finance, property development, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, telecommunications and mining industries in relation to both domestic and international transactions and disputes. He has also advised the New South Wales, West Australian and Queensland Governments on Commonwealth tax-related matters. Bradley holds a Master of Laws, a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Commerce degree. He has published numerous articles on Taxation issues and is co-author of Evans, Jones & Power, Equity & Trusts. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Tax Institute and a Fellow of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
