Jeffrey Goldberger is contract law expert and specialist construction and infrastructure lawyer with over 25 years' experience in the Australian legal sector who is a recognised authority on Australian contract law. In 2012 Jeffrey served on the then Federal Attorney General's Expert Panel on the effectiveness of Australian contract law. Jeffrey formerly lectured in contract law, commercial law and private international law at the University of Sydney Law School.
