Joel Parsons
Joel is a media, entertainment and technology lawyer, who supports clients in advisory and litigious matters. Joel provides advice to clients in a variety of sectors in relation to privacy related matters, and has advised on privacy policies, data transfer, cyber breach response, health privacy regulation, surveillance laws and privacy policy and reform, as well as related contentious areas such as defamation. He works across core areas of law affecting media, entertainment and technology businesses such as copyright, advertising, and restrictions on publication and media regulation. Joel was a Recommended Individual in the areas of Media & Entertainment and Dispute Resolution in Legal 500 2021 and 2022.
