Presenters
Lino Marchetti
Lino Marchetti practises almost exclusively in Family Law. His Family Law practice spans across property and child related matters, including experience in complex financial cases, de facto relationships and independent child representation. Lino's experience includes appearances both in Victoria and interstate, as well as at the appellate level in the Full Court of the Family Court. Lino became a Nationally Accredited Mediator in June 2008 and has since been involved in a number of mediations. Lino is a regular presenter at CPD events.
Caroline Mense
Caroline is an experienced commercial and employment lawyer. She has acted for and against family businesses, company directors, ASX listed companies, government and multinationals. She is the founder of Legal Enablers and enjoys giving back to the community.
Her presentations are always well researched and thought provoking, speckled with humor, stores and practical scenarios so her audience leaves the room feeling refreshed and well equipped.
Annabel Tresise
Annabel Tresise is a barrister at the Victorian Bar, practising in general commercial and common law and employment law. Prior to coming to the bar, Annabel was the Senior Associate to the Honourable Associate Justice Efthim of the Supreme Court of Victoria. As his Honour’s Associate, Annabel gained significant experience on the Corporations List, the Associate Justice Practice Court and in judicial mediations.Prior to commencing at the Supreme Court, Annabel worked at boutique civil litigation firm, Charles Fice Solicitors. Annabel gained experience in a range of commercial and common law matters, including complex contractual disputes and insolvency. At times, Annabel appeared at the Federal Court in winding-up applications.
Nicole Davidson
Nicole Davidson is a commercial mediator and negotiation trainer and advisor. An accredited meditator since 2016, Nicole brings a wealth of experience in the legal, insolvency and banking sectors to her mediation practice. She has consulted across a broad range of industries in Australia, Europe and the Middle East. Nicole is a mediator on the Victorian Small Business Commission mediation panel. In 2021, she was awarded the Resolution Institute’s Award for Achievement by an Emerging Practitioner. Nicole is also an advocate for greater awareness and acceptance of mental health issues and is accredited in Mental Health First Aid.
Mina Zaki
Mina Zaki is Cyber Security Professional with a background in communications, international relations, government, and law. With a keen personal interest in cyber warfare law and the development of domestic and international cyber legislation. Mina currently leads strategic partnerships for Willyama Services, an Indigenous and Veteran owned cyber security company that provides cyber security services to the Australian Department of Defence, Defence Primes, State and Territory governments and Australian SME's. Prior to this Mina led the national growth network of Australia’s Cyber Security industry body which was designed to foster and accelerate sovereign cyber capability and innovation across the country.
