Daniel Massey
Daniel has been involved in the Construction and Development industry in Australia for more than 20 years and has worked on projects in NSW, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. He commenced his legal career at Allen Allen and Hemsley in the Construction and Arbitration Group led by John Dorter. He later moved to the Construction and Engineering Group of Colin Biggers and Paisley led by Adrian Bellemore. In November 2010, Daniel set up in sole practice in order to focus on a more active role as the mediator, adjudicator, arbitrator, while continuing his contract drafting, dispute resolution and advice roles for his clients.
Peter Sarlos
Peter Sarlos is an Architect, Lawyer, Building Surveyor, Construction Adjudicator, ADR Practitioner and Construction Adjudicator registered in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria. In addition, he is the founder and vice president of the Adjudication Forum Incorporated. Peter's present focus of activity involves the application of his skills and experience gained through over 45 years involvement in the building industry as an architect, Lawyer, expert, & construction adjudicator. Peter has actively participated in industry organisations where he, together with others addresses issues facing the industry including: Architects Registration Board of NSW, NSW Chapter of the (R)AIA through participation in the Institute’s Chapter Council, Practice Committee, CPD Committee and Senior Counsellor Service, Building Regulation Advisory Council of NSW (BRAC), ABCB / NCC subcommittee on Condensation in Building and the Building Professionals Board Technical Reference Group.
David Bannerman
David Bannerman is the principal of Bannermans Lawyers, Sydney's leading Strata Law firm, providing specialised legal services for the strata industry. David is a qualified lawyer. Matthew Curll

Matthew is recognised as a leading professional indemnity lawyer in Doyle’s Guide and has held roles as Chairperson of both the NSW Government Home Warranty Insurance Scheme Board and the Home Building Advisory Council and was the immediate past solicitor member of the NSW Architects Registration Board. Matthew heads up Hall & Wilcox’s National General Insurance Practice and is co-Lead of the firm’s broad Financial Services + Insurance Sector Group. Matthew provides a useful insight on the operation of the building industry and associated professions through legal, insurance and regulatory lenses.
