Pippa Colman
Pippa Colman, the Founding Director of Pippa Colman & Associates Law Practice, was admitted in February 1979. She became a Family Law Accredited Specialist in 1997 and is also a mediator and arbitrator. Pippa has worked in every aspect of Family Law, including Property, Children, Spousal Maintenance, Child Support, Domestic Violence, Binding Financial Agreements and Hague Applications. She has appeared as an advocate in the Magistrates Court, District Court & Supreme Court of Queensland, and in the Family Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia. Pippa has been presenting for providers of Continuing Professional Development since the 1980s. She is passionate about Family Law and continuing education and mentoring younger practitioners.
Genevieve Dee
Accredited Family Law Specialist Genevieve is a partner at Lander and Rogers and has worked exclusively in family law and has fifteen years’ experience. Genevieve specialises in all aspects of family law, including parenting and property matters, financial agreements, surrogacy, spousal maintenance and child support issues. Doyle’s Guide 2019 has recognised Genevieve as a Leading Family & Divorce Lawyer, Leading Parenting & Children’s Matters Lawyer and Recommended Complex and High-Value Property Matters Lawyer in Brisbane. In addition, Genevieve has been named as a Pre-eminent Family & Divorce Lawyer in the Doyle’s Guide 2019, 2020 and 2021 national listings.
Greg Shoebridge
Greg Shoebridge has been at the private bar in Queensland since December 2008. He practises in family and succession law. Prior to 2008, he was partner of the firm Simonidis Shoebridge Lawyers. As a solicitor, Greg practised in family law exclusively for over 14 years, and was an Accredited Family Law Specialist. Greg has been the editor in chief of the journal, Current Family Law and the family law editor of the journal "Queensland Lawyer". He holds National accreditation as a mediator, and is a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner for family law matters. Greg has been a member of the executive of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland, and of both the Family Law Committee and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committees of the Queensland Law Society.
Kay Feeney
Kay Feeney is the Director of Feeney Family Law and has been a highly regarded member of the family law community for years. Kay is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist and a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Prior to being admitted to the legal profession in 1985, Kay was a teacher and continues her commitment to the education of others by frequently writing papers and giving presentations on family law issues. Kay is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association, the Family Law Section of the Family Law Council of Australia and the President of Queensland Collaborative Law, as well as a proud sponsor of the QUT Feeney Family Law Prize in Dispute Resolution and the QUT Learning Potential Fund which assists students to access University.
Graeme Page KC
Graeme Page KC has been a Barrister at the Queensland Bar since November 1975 and took silk in November 1994. He has specialised in relationship law since 1975 with emphasis on property and appellate issues. He continues to act as advocate for Independent Children's Lawyers and for Legal Aid. He is also a Family Law Mediator and Arbitrator, Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Lecturer in Family Law at Bar Practice Centre Queensland. Mr Page is a former contributor to CCH Family Law Service and Butterworth's Family Law Service, served on committee of Family Law Section Law Council of Australia 1984-1990 and former examiner Family Law Specialist Accreditation.
Stephen Page
Stephen Page is a director of Page Provan, Brisbane. Stephen was admitted as a solicitor in 1987 and has been a Queensland Law Society family law accredited specialist since 1996. He has spoken extensively about family law, domestic violence and surrogacy issues at local, national and international conferences. Stephen is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (including being a member of its Forced Marriage, Parentage and LGBT Committees) and of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, and is an international representative on the ART Committee of the American Bar Association. Stephen is the founder of the LGBT Family Law Institute in Australia. Stephen lectures in Ethics and Law in Reproductive Medicine at the University of New South Wales.
Stephen Hartwell
Stephen Hartwell was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 and was called to the Bar in July 2016. Stephen has been a member of the Queensland Courts panel of cost assessors since its inception in 2007 and prior to that was on the Solicitors Complaints Tribunal panel of cost assessors. Stephen has published many papers on the law of costs and ethical issues arising out of billing and is a regular speaker on those topics. Beyond the law of costs, Stephen has conducted a broad practice covering criminal law, family law and domestic violence, civil and commercial litigation, succession and professional discipline.
Jenny Rimmer
Jenny Rimmer Mediations was created to provide people in conflict the guidance they need to achieve a fair and harmonious outcome. Jenny is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, an approved Family Dispute Resolution Provider under the Family Law Regulations, and has completed the training for Arbitration provided by the Law Council of Australia. Jenny has 36 years' experience as a legal practitioner, specialising in Family Law and defacto matters. Her previous experience as a Federal Magistrate of the Federal Magistrates Court (now the Federal Circuit Court) and Registrar of the Family Court of Australia has not only given her high-level legal knowledge, but also key insights regarding the effect of litigation on families.
