Tammy Johnson
Tammy Johnson is an Assistant Professor at Bond University. A sole practitioner for a number of years, Tammy eventually sold her practice to pursue her academic interests. Tammy practiced in the areas of property law, commercial law and succession and estate administration. At Bond, Tammy teaches several subjects including Property Law, Contract Law, Legal Drafting & Conveyancing and the Law of Succession and Administration of Estates. She also sometimes assists in teaching Civil Dispute Resolution and Legal Profession. Tammy received her PhD in the area of health law (Commercial Surrogacy Regulation in Australia) in 2020.
Peter Dodd
Peter Dodd is Head of Office Leasing, Queensland with Cushman & Wakefield Brisbane. He has been active in the Commercial property market since 2004 and has specialised in the office leasing market since 2008. Over this time, Peter has to worked closely with both major institutional and private owners which has given him a unique insight into the evolving Brisbane market. Peter has been responsible for leasing major office buildings, new office developments, major refurbishments and has acted on behalf of occupier mandates. Specialising in providing strategic advice and direction with respect to major developments and investment properties, he works closely with clients in determining the optimal direction for their major assets and developments.
Maree Adshead
Maree is the Queensland Small Business Commissioner. The Commissioner aims to advocate, enable and empower small businesses to help drive economic growth in Queensland. Maree is an experienced advocate and small business owner having spent 10 years in the legal profession, and as partner of a tier one national law firm. She co-founded and built her own successful software start-up businesses which received multiple awards for excellence in innovation, and has also been instrumental in helping others to build theirs.
Sasha Vleeshouwer
Sasha advises clients on a range of property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial and industrial sites, retail and commercial leasing, and property development. She has experience in rural transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of rural land, water rights dealings and rural leases, and regularly assists clients with other matters related to their property interests, such as business acquisitions and disposals, and share transactions. Sasha is involved in Sparke Helmore's Pro Bono Program, including the Salvation Army Wills program and assisting non-profits on a range of matters, including the negotiation of a lease and the acquisition of rainforest land for conservation.
Susan McNeil
Susan McNeil was called to the Bar in 2007 and has a commercial practice, with a particular interest in building and construction disputes. Susan was named as one of Queensland's leading construction and infrastructure counsel by Doyle's Guide to the Australian Legal Profession in both 2017 to 2021, and as one Australia's recommended construction and infrastructure junior counsel in 2018 to 2021. Susan also practices in general commercial disputes, property law disputes, body corporate, insurance litigation and wills and estates litigation. Susan regularly appears in all state courts at all levels. Susan is a Member of the Alfred Lutwyche Chamber and Hemmant's List.
Marianne Lloyd-Morgan
Marianne Lloyd-Morgan is a Partner at McCullough Robertson. Marianne has extensive experience in property and real estate law, with a particular focus on all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, property development and leasing. She advises large corporations, property trusts, private syndicates and developers. Integral to our Real Estate team, Marianne focusses on commercial and leasing transactions, property sales, acquisitions, and property development. She is the key relationship contact for many major landlord and tenant leasing clients. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating sale, acquisition and project documentation for all types of real estate assets, including major development sites, shopping centres, hotels and other commercial land and buildings.
