He holds a Master of Laws. Harry contributes to LexisNexis' Practical Guidance publication, on the topic of Public Liability.
Clare Eves
As National Practice Leader of Shine Lawyers’ medical law practice, Clare leads a national team of expert medical negligence lawyers, possessing over 75 collective years of practice. Clare specialises in brain and spinal injury claims, in particular, cases involving birth trauma resulting in Cerebral Palsy, delayed or misdiagnosis of serious spinal conditions resulting in paralysis, and misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis of strokes or infections of the brain such as meningitis involving serious brain injury.
Michael Lombard
Michael is a mediator specialising in personal injury claims at Lombard Mediation. Michael was formerly a Partner at Adviceline Injury lawyers when he was awarded Personal Injury Lawyer of the year 2019 by Best Lawyers in Australia. He was previously involved in high profile cases such as the Bourke street rampage and the Flinders street tram stop attack, as well as a variety of public liability and industrial accident cases. Michael has also served as a director of the Law Institute and is a current member of the Law Institute ethics committee. He was a Trustee of Lawaid for 10 years, four of which he acted as chairman.
Rob Taylor
Rob Taylor has practiced for more than 36 years in personal injuries and associated litigation. Rob has a large practice involved in preparation of and appearing for injured workers in Work Injury Damages claims and for Plaintiffs in Medical Negligence matters and Common Law claims. He also has a large practice in assisting in the preparation of Motor Accident claims and appearing at Assessments, mostly for injured Plaintiffs. Rob has a reputation as Counsel who prepares claims well and who provides regular and detailed advices on how a claim can be best prepared to maximise the quantum of the claim.
