Shirli Kirschner
Shirli is CEO of Resolve Advisors, a frontrunner of innovative and practical dispute resolution for the public and private sectors in Australia and internationally including Asia and the USA. Her professional expertise includes facilitation (including mediation) and dispute system design. She has been involved in issues including water, energy regulation, telecommunications, land rights, financial regulation, music rights and distribution and risk management. She has resolved disputes on behalf of Government, business and individuals in a wide variety of contexts including employment, banking and finance, taxation, consumer protection, defence, law, mining and resources, telecommunications, media and the arts.
Simon McFadden
Simon McFadden most enjoys working with customers to help them achieve their goals through innovative solutions. With over 20 years’ experience in Australia and Europe in the delivery of major telecommunications and utilities infrastructure projects, in engineering, commercial, sales, and business development roles, Simon is now working with clients in the data centre and telecommunications sector globally as Aurecon’s Client Director, Data & Telco.
Dr Rosemary Howell
Dr Rosemary Howell has experience as a lawyer, strategic planner, teacher and CEO and as Secretary General of the Law Council of Australia. She delivers mediation, coaching, facilitation, strategic planning and bespoke training services to a diverse range of business and government clients nationally and internationally. She has been listed in Who’s Who of Mediation since 2013 and in 2019 was named in the top 3 mediators in Australia. She has a Doctorate in Negotiation and teaches Negotiation, Mediation and Dispute Resolution at undergraduate and postgraduate level at UNSW where she is a Professorial Fellow and the architect of its Dispute Resolution specialty in the LLM program.
