Paul Davis
Paul commenced legal practice in 1993 and is the founding Director of Integroe Partners Pty Ltd. Paul is an experienced employment lawyer, board director, workplace investigator and accredited mediator. In his professional practice Paul has worked with a wide range of organisations in the government, not for profit and corporate sectors including public and private hospitals, social welfare agencies (including Aboriginal services), schools, universities, small businesses, faith-based organisations, sporting clubs, residential care services, charities, and local councils. Services delivered by Paul include dispute resolution processes as well as advice and representation on matters related to employment law, privacy, anti-discrimination and education law. Paul is regularly engaged to advise on complex workplace relations challenges and to lead systems reviews, audits and change management projects.
Lara Wentworth
Lara is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) who specialises in coaching members of the legal profession. She helps lawyers to overcome barriers and create remarkable change in their performance, career and life. She’s passionate about supporting lawyers to enhance their leadership skills and develop and maintain a healthy mindset so they can build resilience and flexibility to manage the demands and pressures of legal practice and thrive in their careers and lives. Lara is former Partner in Family Law with a career spanning almost 20 years and involving Business Development, Leadership and Training, Coaching and Learning and Development. Being a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Lara is equipped with knowledge, skills and experience to really help clients be in charge of their minds and therefore their results. Some areas of expertise: Breaking though limiting beliefs; Enhancing and building resources; Imposter Syndrome; Stress management; Career development. Christa Ludlow
Christa is a lawyer, workplace investigator, mediator and coach with Weir Consulting (National). She held the role of Assistant Crown Solicitor, Employment Law, at the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office from 2006 to 2013, managing a team providing legal services to the NSW Government. She was a part-time Senior Member with the Civil and Administrative Tribunal 2016-2021. Christa has a Master of Science degree in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and is interested in the application of positive psychology in the workplace. She has coached lawyers and other professionals to help achieve workplace, wellbeing and leadership goals.
Louise Mathias
Louise’s mission is to maximise logic, emotions and behaviours at mediations, which creates positive processes, where everyone is focused equally on the process and performing at their best. Then the process is more fun and results are reached more efficiently and more often. AND to assist leaders be their courageous best selves, so that difficult conversations, accountability, values and role model behaviours are the norm and not the exception.
