Andrew Gray
Andrew Gray is a Sydney-based lawyer with over 25 years’ practical experience in insurance, reinsurance and alternative risk transfer markets. Working across Australia, Asia and Globally, Andrew has held senior in-house roles with Aon and HIH Insurance. Andrew’s focus is on assisting Australian-based clients, including in-house colleagues, to generate innovative and practical solutions across the full range of challenges and opportunities that present in risk management, risk transfer and disputes/litigation.
Tim Chan
Tim Chan is a corporate risk and insurance lawyer based in Sydney. He works with corporates, banks, insurers and new ventures on risk allocation and insurance issues, including for major infrastructure projects. He regularly advises companies and boards on the adequacy of their insurance cover and the development of new insurance products. He has also worked in-house at two global insurance companies, responsible for claims and regulatory compliance. Tim regularly acts for policyholders and insurers in relation to large scale or complex insurance claims. Tim is a recommended lawyer for insurance in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and is an ANZIIF certified insurance professional.
Stephen Pallavicni
Prior to joining Macpherson Kelly Stephen was a Partner at Eakin McCaffery Cox. He as spent many years as a Senior Legal Counsel at Stockland and as Senior Property Lawyer at Woolworths Limited. He has been a member of the Law Society's Property Law Committee since 2006, the Ethics Committee since 2018 and the Law Society's Property Law Accreditation Committee since 2009. He contributes regularly to the Australian Property Law Bulletin and is co-author Thomson Reuters on-line service Commercial Leasing Precedents.
Sarah Bevan
Sarah Bevan was admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales in 1999. Sarah has always practised exclusively in all aspects of family law, including niche areas such as surrogacy, complex international matters, and providing expert evidence for overseas jurisdictions in Hague Convention matters. Sarah is an accredited Family Law Specialist an Arbitrator and a collaborative lawyer. She is also a member of the Law Society of NSW, Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, AIFLAM, Panel of Independent Children's Lawyers, Collaborative Professionals NSW, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and AEA. Sarah is a regular presenter of continuing legal education in family law.
Rebecca Hegarty
Rebecca Hegarty is a Principal lawyer and Director at Coleman Greig Lawyers and the head of their Commercial Law practice. With a wealth of experience across commercial law, dispute resolution and insolvency, Rebecca manages and mentors a team of lawyers charged with helping clients to improve their business outcomes and achieve their commercial goals. Rebecca’s strong business acumen and comprehensive knowledge of the law, enables her to see the 'bigger picture' when working on an issue for a client. As a result, she adopts a unique approach - one that is both commercially astute and highly pragmatic to deliver the best outcome in a variety of situations.
