Lily Tell
Lily Tell is Lily Tell is Principal at Tell Property Law. Lily practises in property law, in particular sales, acquisitions and joint venture transactions related to large-scale commercial property development. She has considerable experience acting for major landowners, commercial property developers and corporations in property development and leasing transactions in addition to her general commercial property experience, Lily has extensive experience advising clients on land access matters. She is a former Co-Chair of the Law Institute of Victoria's Property Committee, a current member of the Leases Committee, and Chair of the GAIC Hardship Relief Board.
Tony Greenaway
Tony Greenaway is a partner with Gadens and is an Accredited Property Law Specialist of the Law Institute of Victoria. Tony has a broad range of experience in relation to all aspects of commercial property law, including dealing with complex property transactions, major development projects, advising financiers with respect to property acquisitions and acting on behalf of receivers and managers in the divestment of assets. Since 2016, each year Tony has been nominated and selected as a Best Lawyer in Leasing Law and Real Property Law by Best Lawyers Australia. In addition, Tony was also recognised as a Leading Property & Real Estate Lawyer in Victoria in the 2017 and 2018 editions of Doyle’s Guide.
Jeremy Collins
Jeremy Collins is Special Counsel at Gadens. Jeremy has extensive experience in commercial property transactions, both in private practice and in-house roles. Drawing on his experience as senior in-house counsel at AustralianSuper and ISPT, Jeremy offers specific expertise across a broad range of property development and construction projects, including capital transactions, developments, joint venturing and investment management. His experience includes advising in relation to the purchase of interests in a number of major development projects and commercial assets across Melbourne including Collins Arch, located at 447 Collins Street, and 405 Bourke Street. He has advised on the development of these and similar assets such as the Victoria University Campus, Little Lonsdale Street, and the Karingal Hub Shopping Centre
Rochelle Castro
Rochelle Castro is the principal of RC & Co Lawyers, an international and specialised boutique law firm with branches in Melbourne, Perth and Makati Philippines. She practices in the areas of strata, construction, property, litigation, insolvency and immigration. Rochelle is also a trainer of Strata Community Association providing strata education in all States in Australia and New Zealand. She also presents to a number of private companies of the commercial and strata sphere. She is a founding member of Club United Business Melbourne and is currently undertaking Masters in Construction Law at Melbourne University. William Rimmer
Bill Rimmer is a barrister at the Victorian Bar who practises in property law, commercial law, wills & estates, equity and trusts. Bill came to the Bar in March 2004 after 13 years as a solicitor. He was articled to Charles Brett at Blake Dawson Waldron in 1990 and remained with that firm until 1996. He was one of ANZ's corporate lawyers from 1996 to 1999, being responsible for much of the Bank's property work. In 1999, he was employed by Arthur Robinson and Hedderwicks (now Allens Arthur Robinson) where he was a senior associate in their property group. Bill has lectured in property law at the University of Melbourne in a number of the undergraduate and postgraduate programs of the Melbourne Law School.
Tim Graham
Tim Graham is a Partner at Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers. After more than a decade as a Partner of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, Australia’s largest independent law firm, Tim joined the partnership of Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers in June 2021, his name being added to the firm’s brand.
