Danny Feller SC, Edmund Barton Chambers
Danny is a leading senior counsel specialising in construction, infrastructure and insurance law. He is an experienced litigator of long standing, having been in continuous practice at the NSW bar since the date of his admission. Over that time, he has practised in a wide variety of fields and jurisdictions, including common law, equity and appellate work. He is also a mediator and is experienced in alternate dispute resolution. He has been recommended in Doyle’s as a Leading Construction & Infrastructure Senior Counsel. He has served as a NSW Bar Association approved arbitrator for the District and Supreme Courts. Danny also served as Head of Chambers and Chairman of the board of Edmund Barton Chambers until his recent retirement from that position.
Phillip Coady, Partner, Vincent Young
Phillip has over 10 years’ experience in construction, engineering and infrastructure law. Prior to joining Vincent Young in 2016, Phillip worked for top-tier legal practices in Australia and England. He has also worked as an in-house senior legal counsel for one of Australia’s largest development and construction corporations. Phillip has been involved in an array of large-scale projects, including buildings, roads, bridges, infrastructure, oil and gas, and mining. Phillip has advised both private and public clients in respect of tender submissions, contract negotiations and drafting, and project delivery. Phillip is also experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, expert determination, mediation and facilitated negotiation. This breadth of experience makes Phillip highly competent to manage a variety of projects in a domestic and international context.
