Roger Sands
Roger was a founding partner in the law firm Marks and Sands and was also a partner at Talbot Olivier before joining the national law , Sparke Helmore where he was Managing Partner of their Perth office and then a Consultant for 3 years. His practice as a Barrister is a natural progression in his role of assisting clients in personal injury, insurance and compensation claims and litigation.
Kevin Wong
Kevin Wong started his career in helping injured victims in his undergraduate days whilst he was working part-time with the firm later known as D'Angelo and Partners. He continued working for the same firm after graduation in 1991, and in 1999 joined Friedman Lurie Singh. He became a partner in Friedman Lurie Singh in 2002, which subsequently bought over D'Angelo and Partners to form the merged firm Friedman Lurie Singh and D'Angelo. At the end of 2017, he retired from this firm, and with Rebecca Sorgiovanni, launched the new firm SOUL LEGAL in 2018.
John Fiocco
Admitted in 1973, John currently practices exclusively as a Barrister from Fourth Floor Chambers, He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at The University of Western Australia. He was awarded Life Membership of the Law Society of Western Australia and in 2015, was awarded the Law Society of Western Australia’s Lawyer of the Year, for making a significant contribution to the Legal Profession in Western Australia. Currently, he is a Co-Author of the Lexis Nexis loose leaf publication Workers Compensation Western Australia.
Graham Droppert
Graham was called to the bar in 1996 after practicing in industrial law and personal injury litigation as a solicitor for 8 years. In the years that followed, his involvement in large cases involving brain injury, spinal injuries and major medical negligence led to a greater concentration on personal injury litigation. He was appointed Senior Counsel in 2020 and has been the National President of the Australian Lawyers Alliance since 2020. He has represented Bangladesh as its Honorary Consul-General.
