Jenny Campbell
A founding director of Encycle Consulting, Jenny has been involved in the environmental and waste management fields in both public and private sectors since 2000. Jenny applies her extensive operational and technical expertise to assist architects and developers in the design of buildings for best practice waste management, including iconic projects such as Perth Stadium, Elizabeth Quay precinct and individual buildings, New WA Museum Boola Bardip and Crown Perth. Jenny was awarded the National Association of Women in Construction (WA) Triple Bottom Line award in 2014 and Encycle won the Diversity Award in 2020.
Glen McLeod
Glen is independently recognised as one of Western Australia’s preeminent environmental and planning lawyers and has over 40 years experience in that field. After many years as a senior partner in major national and international law firms, he established Glen McLeod Legal in 2012 as an environmental and planning specialty practice. The firm is independently recognised as ‘First Tier’ in its area by Doyles, an independent guide to the legal profession. The practice has subspecialisations in development law, valuation, land acquisitions, injurious affection compensation contamination and climate change law.
Craig Wallace
within the Property Services Group. Craig has over 19 years experience in the areas of planning and environment in a land development context in both the UK and Australia. He has provided advice to a wide range of clients (including private developers and local/central government departments) on all aspects of approvals required in a development context, including development and subdivision approvals, environmental approvals (State and Federal) and the conduct of statutory appeals in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, State Administrative Tribunal and the WA Office of the Appeals Convenor.
Siobhan Stafford
Siobhan has worked at WALGA since 2018 and has has contributed to WALGA in a number of capacities including Senior Procurement Advisor and in her current role as Contract and Systems Manager. Siobhan has been project lead in design and development of WALGA’s CRM and other systems as part of the WALGA technology plan and Preferred Supplier transition activity.
Craig Grant
Craig has worked within the Local Government Sector for approximately 22yrs with the majority of this period at WALGA. He has worked in a variety of roles during that period including; Purchasing, Procurement and recently Contract Manager within WALGA’s Preferred Supply Program.
