Vince Bailey, Principal, Vincent Bailey Lawyer
An estate planning and commercial lawyer with over 30 years' experience, Vince Bailey practised in national law firms in Brisbane and Darwin before settling in Cairns. Vince recently established his own firm focussing on estate planning, wealth protection, superannuation, trusts and business succession planning. Vince holds academic qualifications in commerce, law, legal practice, management and financial planning, is a member of The Tax Institute and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is a Chartered Tax Adviser. Vince has delivered numerous presentations on estate planning and revenue law to accountants, bankers, financial planners and lawyers.
The Hon. Justice James Henry, The Supreme Court of Queensland
Justice Jim Henry (BA; LLB; University of Queensland) was admitted as a barrister in 1986. He prosecuted for the Queensland office of Director of Prosecutions, ultimately as Consultant Crown Prosecutor for its Northern region, before joining the private bar in Cairns in 2000. He took silk in 2006. He was appointed a Supreme Court Judge, the Far Northern Judge and a Land Appeal Court Judge in 2011.
Jeneve Frizzo, Principal, The Will & All
Jeneve is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Succession Law and practices solely in that area. She is the Principal/Director of The Will & All.
Sally-Ann Hayward
Sally practices exclusively in succession law including estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. Many of Sally’s clients have special requirements such as estate planning for disabled children and estate planning for adults lacking capacity. She also assists victims of financial elder abuse. Sally presents at legal conferences and community groups on a range of topics such as special disability trusts, elder abuse, enduring powers of attorney and general estate planning. She is currently preparing to launch her own practice, Cairns Mobile Wills & Probate Law.

Amanda Louise Millyard is the founder and director/principal of Millyard Family Lawyers. Chris Ryall, Barrister, Maritime Chambers
Chris Ryall has practised as a member of the private bar in Cairns since 1999. His practice as a barrister has been principally in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injuries, and estates. Chris has appeared in disciplinary matters involving solicitors and other professionals before various tribunals. Joseph Jacobs, Barrister, Equity Chambers

Christopher Taylor, Barrister, Trinity Chambers Cairns & Level 18 Chambers Brisbane
Christopher he was admitted as solicitor in 2002 commencing his practice with the national law firm of Gadens Lawyers, and for a short time was a partner in the Cairns office. He was called to the Queensland Bar in November 2011. Whilst his main area of practice is in building and construction law, he is also called upon to advise on and appear in general commercial disputes.
