Sergeant Jason Tozer
Sergeant Jason Tozer is a Senior Police Prosecutor with the NSW Police Force currently based at Wagga Wagga. A solicitor of the NSW Supreme Court since 2009, Jason is an accredited specialist in criminal law and also admitted to practice in New Zealand. Jason is an active member with the Law Society of NSW sitting on its Government Solicitors’ Committee and the Specialist Accreditation Criminal Law Advisory Committee. Outside of his work with the NSW Police Force and the Law Society, Jason has also worked with the Charles Sturt University in its Policing program and the Australian National University in its Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice program.
Todd Pickering
Formerly a NSW Police officer and detective. Transitioned into Police Prosecutions in 2002, and then commenced as a Legal Aid solicitor in 2008. Admitted as a barrister in 2010. Practising primarily in criminal law, coronial inquests and commissions of inquiry. Regularly appears in all manner of criminal trials on behalf of accused persons and the Crown.
