As a solicitor, Verity practiced in commercial litigation and acted for clients in the both the mining and construction industry in large scale complex litigation matters. Verity has represented clients and advised in relation to administrative law matters including judicial review and an appellate level dispute regarding the exercise of administrative or judicial power.
