- Is the Body Corporate beset by internal conflict? How do you find this out?
- Is the Body Corporate enmeshed, currently or potentially in costly litigation with its body corporate manager, caretaker, unit owners, or third parties? Why should you care?
- Are there any costly building issues which may arise? What does this mean for a purchaser?
- Are the sinking and administration funds adequate, and why is this important?
- What ongoing costs will the purchaser be responsible for after settlement?
- Why is the CMS important for a purchaser?
