Clinton Mohr
Clinton was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1991 and worked at a number of large commercial firms before commencing practice in his own firm. While Clinton is an accredited specialist in property law, his broad experience across all areas of commercial, property and business law, allows him to apply a holistic approach to his clients’ legal issues. Clinton specialises in property and planning & environment law and has over fifteen years experience in advising clients in the areas of development, town planning, community title, contaminated land and leasing.
Matthew Derrick
Matthew is a property Partner based in Brisbane. Matthew advises on property and infrastructure development, land tenure and title issues, acquisitions and disposals, as well as structuring complex tenure and management regimes for mixed use projects. He is acknowledged for his expertise and involvement in some of Australia's most complex and innovative community title and volumetric deals.
Bronwyn Clarkson
Bronwyn is a Partner in the Commercial Property and Energy & Resources teams. Her work in the resources area has included advising on joint ventures, farm-in agreements, corporate restructuring, tenement acquisitions, due diligence investigations, gas sales and transportation agreements, pipeline land access work and landholder compensation. Bronwyn also regularly advises clients on a range of property transactions, including property joint ventures, commercial and residential developments, commercial and rental leases and pastoral and crown leases, as well as town planning and environmental matters.
Leisa Rafter
Leisa specialises in indirect tax, GST, and state duties and taxes. She has gained significant experience supporting the financial services sector, particularly with GST consulting and reviews to managed investment schemes and funds. With a thorough understanding of the various state taxes across Australia (including stamp duties, land tax and pay-roll tax), Leisa has advised on the implications of GST on various state and federal government grants, levies and charges. She consults on GST compliance, dispute resolution and transaction support, as well as providing assistance with ATO and OSR audits and reviews.
