Managing Fragomen’s Australian and New Zealand operations, she advises some of the world's largest multinational corporations, major Australian corporations, SMEs, start-ups and individuals. Teresa is a member of Migration Advice Industry Advisory Group, which advises the Australian Government on migration advice industry matters, including potential reforms to the legislative framework. Teresa is a member of Migration Member Advisory Committee (MAC) of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA). She is a continuing author of immigration publications, including LexisNexis Practical Guidance Immigration Law Module
Dr Stephen Tully, Barrister, 6 St James Hall Chambers
Stephen Tully practises on the sixth floor of St James' Hall Chambers. Before coming to the bar he was a solicitor with Commonwealth tribunals practising administrative and immigration law. He became an accredited specialist in government and administrative law in 2011. His publications include regular case notes for Administrative Law Decisions and in 2014 he became an editor for the Australian Journal of Administrative Law. His practice includes administrative, anti-discrimination and international law.

Previously, Linden worked in-house at financial institutions, and also in insurance litigation.
Michelle Yu, Barrister, Frederick Jordan Chambers
Michelle practises primarily in the areas of migration law, public/administrative law, family law and children’s care and protection. Prior to being called to the Bar, Michelle practised as a legal adviser to members and staff of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Migration and Refugee Division). Michelle has also previously worked for the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and community legal centres specialising in migration and refugee law. Due to her experience working with both applicants and government agencies, Michelle has developed a strong understanding of the Australian migration and citizenship framework and their impact on other areas of law.
