Samantha Mangwana
Samantha Mangwana leads Shine Lawyers’ Executive Employment and Partnership practice, focusing on delivering specialist advice to senior executives and partners. Samantha is highly experienced, having advised employers as well as individuals – which gives her a valuable insight into how to get the right outcomes. Prior to working at Shine, she was a Partner at the leading firms in London advising individual senior executives and partners, predominantly from the legal and financial services sectors. Her experience included working on some of the highest profile City discrimination and whistleblowing cases. Often acting for senior people in crisis situations – contentious disputes including restraints of trade, discrimination, whistleblowing, and high-value exits – Samantha understands the pressures her clients are facing, and the priority of protecting reputations.
Lara Wentworth
Lara Wentworth is a former Partner at Madison Marcus Law Firm and until recently led the firm's Family Law Division & Wills & Estate Planning Division. She has over 17 years' experience practicing law. Over more recent times Lara has embarked on and established a coaching and training practice where she mentors, coaches and trains members of the legal profession. She is a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Lara is also currently completing international coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) due to be completed 2020. Lara’s coaching and training is aimed at helping people in the legal profession to enhance their leadership skills and improve their mental health so they can be high performing and happy humans.
Angus Macinnis
Angus Macinnis has a broad commercial practice with a focus on dispute resolution, and in particular, on employment and work health and safety law, and intellectual property law. He advises employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, from drafting contracts and employment policies, to advising on employment related disputes, to dealing with employment and safety regulators. He has a particular interest in the employment law aspects of social media use and has published in this area in publications including the Law Society Journal, The New Lawyer, and the Internet Law Bulletin.
Dominic She
Dominic is a Senior Manager within the Business Services and Outsourcing team, assisting businesses across a range of industries in various countries. Dominic has assisted many businesses with their compliance and advisory requirements, including reporting for statutory compliance, federal and state taxes as well as acting as liaison with various regulatory authorities. Dominic particularly enjoys his work in the statutory reporting space, as he manages a team of accountants who work with local and international businesses to outsource their statutory reporting function. He is experienced in Corporations Act compliant special and general purpose financial reporting.
