Diane Elston
Diane is an Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law and has a Masters of Criminology from the University of Sydney which she focused her studies on sentencing of first nations peoples in Australia and Canada. Diane is a Senior Lawyer at Legal Aid and has a mixed practice of high risk offender matters and indictable crime. Through her work, study and involvement in various professional groups, Diane always exhibits a genuine commitment to justice.
Nic Angelov
Nic formerly practised as a solicitor during which time he developed a special interest in Criminal and Environmental Law. Nic has lectured in Criminal Law as a casual lecturer at the University of Sydney. He is a contributing author of Leslie & Britts Motor Vehicle Law NSW looseleaf service and the Traffic Law NSW handbook.
Dr Stuart Anderson
Dr Stuart Anderson is a Consultant Forensic Physician who specialises in preparing expert certificates and attending court in defended PCA matters. He set up his own agency, Galbraith Consulting, in 2013, after more than 25 years service with the NSW Police Force in the Clinical Forensic Medicine Unit. There, he developed expertise in Traffic Medicine and, more particularly, breath analysis. He was involved in the testing of a number of evidentiary breath analysis instruments for the NSW Police, and prepared reports and attended court as an expert witness in many hundreds of PCA matters.
Michal Mantaj
Michal has over 18 years experience as a criminal law practitioner. In that time, Michal has advised and represented thousands of clients charged with criminal offences spaning the whole spectrum of the criminal law, from minor traffic matters to offences attracting a maximum penalty of life imprisonment such as murder and large scale drug trafficking. He has appeared as solicitor advocate in the Local, District, Supreme Courts and the Court of Appeal and Court of Criminal Appeal.
Dr Santiago Vazquez
Santiago is the Branch Director of Forensic & Environmental Toxicology at the Forensic and Analytical Science Service part of NSW Health Pathology. He completed his B.Sc. (hons) degree and Ph.D. at the University of Wollongong, Australia. In 2001 he moved to the United States of America and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan inproteomics; worked at Waters Life Sciences R & D as a Senior Research Chemist where he wasawarded two proteomics based patents; and Pfizer Inc. as Senior Scientist in the Pharmacokinetic and Drug Metabolism Department working on ophthalmic drug development.
Peter Proctor
As the principal of Proctor and Associates, Peter Proctor having progressed through the ranks from Police Officer to Police Prosecutor, Barrister and now practising Solicitor has now in excess of 38 years combined experience in the law. Peter holds an accreditation by the Law Society as a Specialist in Criminal Law and has a vast knowledge of all facets of Criminal and Traffic Law enabling him to give competent advice. As a Police Prosecutor for a number of years, Peter gained substantial experience on a day to day basis, which involved almost all areas of the Criminal and Traffic Law.
