- A streamlined liquidation process

Alex Linden

Alice Ruhe
Alice has practised in the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Industry for over 15 years and is a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy and a Registered Liquidator. Alice is a member of both the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and has experience in all forms of corporate and personal insolvency administrations.
Bridget Slocum
Bridget Slocum is a commercial disputes professional with a sub-specialty in insolvency. Bridget has a wealth of experience advising insolvency practitioners, creditors and directors on all aspects of insolvency, including under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth) and the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth), voidable transaction claims, contract, partner, shareholder and director disputes, securities enforcement, Court approval for the sale of distressed assets, DOCA proceedings, disciplinary and regulatory proceedings and maximising recovery of assets for creditors. Bridget has appeared both in her own right, and as Junior Counsel in Supreme Court and Federal Court trials and contested Summary Judgment, Corporations and Bankruptcy Applications and Liquidator’s examinations.
Stacy Miller
Stacy Miller has practiced exclusively in the areas of commercial litigation, insolvency, debt recovery and dispute resolution since her commencement of practice in Queensland in 2003. She has been a partner of the Gold Coast based specialist commercial litigation and insolvency firm, Cronin Miller Litigation, since 2014.
