Anton Block
Anton Block, Principal Lawyer and Head of KCL Law’s Owners Corporation practice, is a commercial litigation lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in owners corporation, commercial, property, insolvency, trade practices and building disputes. Anton regularly advises owners corporations and their committees about the Owners Corporations Act and often attends committee meetings of owners corporations to provide first-hand advice in real time. Anton also appears at VCAT in owners corporation disputes and works with owners corporations to find solutions to their problems. Anton is also an accredited mediator with Lawyers Engaged in Alternate Dispute Resolution (LEADR) and a member of the Strata Community Association – Victoria.
Tim Graham
Tim Graham is a Partner of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. He is one of Australia's pre-eminent strata lawyers. Tim is the President of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) and a Fellow of the College. He is a Board Member of Strata Communities Australia. Harish Nair
Harish is an experienced litigation and arbitration lawyer with a focus on Corporate, Commercial, Construction, Owners Corporation Law and Property Law. He makes regular appearances in the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, Federal Court and County Court and VCAT. He was admitted to practice in 2014 and worked as a lawyer in a boutique litigation law firm in Melbourne before joining Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams in January 2018. Harish has experience in complex court litigation and dispute resolution including contractual breaches, corporate insolvencies, leasing disputes, Owners Corporation law and disputes including building defects, mediation, negotiation and arbitration.
Adrian Clifford
Adrian has extensive experience acting as an advocate in building and construction disputes. The majority of his work relates to termination advice, payment matters and claims in relation to defects and delay. The dispute resolution work covers all relevant Courts, VCAT, arbitration, expert determination and mediation. Adrian has worked for developers, contractors, building professionals and home owners.
Mark Lipshutz
Mark has a proven track record across a number of legal areas, including Owners Corporation Law, Commercial Litigation and Building and Construction Law. He is a Member of the Owners Corporation List User Group in VCAT and has firmly established himself as one of the leading Owners Corporation Lawyers in Victoria.
