Adam Rinaldi
Adam is a partner in the property and projects team in Adelaide. Adam’s practice includes all areas of property, infrastructure and contract law and he has particular expertise advising clients in relation to mixed use projects, retail and office developments and retail and commercial tenancies. His focus is on the acquisition, development, leasing and disposal of residential, commercial, industrial, licensed and retail properties. He specialises in the negotiation and documentation of large scale property acquisitions and disposals, and associated due diligence processes.
He has acted in relation to the sale and purchase of numerous large industrial sites, shopping centres and CBD office buildings. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and documentation of leases and advises both landlords and tenants in relation to their rights and obligations as owners and occupants. In addition, landlord and major national tenants frequently call on his skills for the resolution of leasing disputes. Adam also provides stamp duty, land tax and GST advice and negotiates with landlords, tenants, builders, financiers and FIRB.
David Hopkins
David obtained his law degree from the Flinders University of South Australia and was admitted to practice in September 1998.Since July 2007, David Hopkins has been a partner at Brown & Associates Commercial Lawyers, a firm which practices predominantly in commercial property law. Prior to this David worked at O'Loughlins Lawyers for 8 years, practising in property and estate planning law. David currently acts for the owners of numerous retail shopping centres, office buildings and industrial properties throughout South Australia. David also acts for tenants, including franchisors that lease multiple tenancies and sub-let them to franchisees. David also maintains a practice in estate planning and estate administration law. David is a member of the Law Society's Property Committee and the Succession Committee and the Property Council of Australia.
