He assists in the training of adjudicators in all states and territories of Australia and conducts numerous courses in relation to construction matters generally and the various Security of Payment Acts. Troy is co-author of the online annotated Building and Construction Industry Payments Act published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
