Kim Boettcher, Barrister, Frederick Jordan Chambers
Kim practises in equity, common law, commercial law, property law and wills and estates. Prior to coming to the Bar, Kim practised as a solicitor in commercial and civil litigation law in England and Wales, New South Wales and Queensland. She also practised as a solicitor at the Seniors Rights Service, an independent legal centre. Kim was appointed to the inaugural Legal Services Council in 2014 and she was reappointed from 2017-2020. She is a Director of INPEA and Treasurer of the International Commission of Jurists Australia.
Linda Rogers, Solicitor, Linda Rogers
Linda has worked as a legal officer in the public sector, the Principal Solicitor of a community legal centre and a part-time member of a federal tribunal. Linda is a past contributor to the Law Handbook and previous member of the Elder Law, Capacity and Succession Committee of the Law Society of NSW. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Administrative Law. Linda has a special interest in representing people with a disability. Linda has specialised skills and experience in this area. Linda also holds a Bachelor of Social Work.
